High tech stuff

The Japanese never cease to amaze with their modern contraptions.

Last night I came across a Japanese product to help with that age old problem: snoring.

While it may not be a deadly disease, it surely is an annoying hindrance to
a peaceful night. But have no fear, for the crazy scientists are here.

And while you imagine and expect some sort of machine that manipulates sound waves, gives small electric shocks to throat muscles, or forces one to breathe through their ear holes, the Japanese have come up with something much more practical:

If you want to stop snoring, just shut your mouth.

Understanding that it may be difficult to control this while sleeping, they have invented something completely new: a bit of sticky tape. Spotting the possibility of profit, they decide to package it in convenient packs with 21 little sticky tapes, and viola, you now have a reason to spend almost 300yen on this magnificent product.

More evidence that you can fix pretty much anything with duct tape, at a lower cost.
